Héritiers de l’Heure delivers nationwide within South Africa using trusted local courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.

 

Production & Dispatch

​

All Héritiers de l’Heure pieces are locally handcrafted and made to order.

​

  • Once an order is received, production takes approximately 5–7 working days.

  • Production timelines may be affected by material availability, artisanal processes, or limited-run components.

 

Delivery Timeframes

​

  • Delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days from dispatch, depending on your delivery address.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

High Demand & Waiting List

​

In the event that Héritiers de l’Heure is unable to meet customer demand for certain collection pieces, customers will be notified of an extended delivery period.

Customers may elect to:

  • Proceed with the extended delivery timeframe, or

  • Add their name to our waiting list for the next production window

 

Sustainability Commitment

All items are made to order as part of our commitment to sustainable production practices.
We do not mass-produce, over-stock, or manufacture surplus inventory.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Héritiers de l’Heure is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

 

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, as confirmed by courier proof of delivery.

Héritiers de l’Heure delivers locally within South Africa and internationally via trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

 

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed only once full payment has been received and cleared.

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, and limited items may require extended production times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary due to craftsmanship, sourcing, or operational factors.

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

  • Héritiers de l’Heure is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.

  • All applicable shipping fees must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch.

 

International Orders & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Héritiers de l’Heure has no control over customs processing times and cannot expedite customs clearance.

 

Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Héritiers de l’Heure is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

  • Proof of delivery issued by the courier constitutes confirmation of receipt.

 

Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If a delivery is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect information, or refusal of delivery, any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Returned shipments do not qualify for refunds or returns.

 

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt and notify us promptly of any defects in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy.
